You can distort kicks to the max, make screeching and eardrum penetrating sounds. But THIS? This is DARK. This is what REAL hardness looks like. It's not over the top distortion or pumping the volume to beyond the decibel ranges to induce nasty clipping. It's tapping into the truly dark side of humans and embracing that in a musical piece. While I am definitely not sadistic nor into any "dark" arts of religions, I truly appreciate art that touches on the darker aspects and makes them confusingly visible in artforms that typically convey other meanings. This is genius. I hate it, and that's why I love it. You made me feel something with this track, even if it's something really nasty and dark. I don't intend to ever close my eyes from human darkness, but instead incorporating it into my understanding of myself and others. This track really touches on these topics in a twisted yet novel way. I'm sure I have to wait before hearing another song that encapsulates these feelings as well as this one. It's nasty AF, and even if someone just sings about evilness, it's not enough. The melodic makeup, the heavy bass, the dark vocals with simple but sadistic lyrics, the screams, the soundscape and treble that resembles visions of hell. Again, I hate it, but that's why I love it. This is what art is supposed to be about!
